Andie's burrito bowl - Perceptions

I love this thing.

As it's seriously more-ish.

And you get great back for you buck.

As it is a really good feed (so filling)

But really low calorie.

So it's a win/win.

Tesco Cajun chicken 150g

Mozzarella 20g

Peppers 50g

Onions 30g

Tesco microwave Mexican rice 60g

Jalapeño 15g

Salad 50g 

Fajita seasoning 


Fry onion peppers and chicken in pan... when cooked add fajita seasoning... 

heat rice In microwave.

Dish all up and add cheese, salad and jalapeño and salsa on top


Salsa - tomatoes 50g, 30g onion 2 cloves of garlic, pinch salt and pepper, half lime juice and coriander - blitz it all in the food processor
