I can see your future….

One of my BEST skills at helping mums like you transform their bodies and lives is my unique ability to ask the right questions.

I’ve spent a lot of time and money developing these skills.

And I want to share a brilliant way to get yourself to seriously take a step toward making the changes you need to in order to get your confidence back and lose the weight.

Yesterday I mentioned how important having trust is in making the commitment.

And I got a few replies to that email too.

So I know it’s an important factor.

But today, I’m going to help you to start making the changes with a different angle.

It’s an angle that most people avoid looking at because it scares the shit out of them.

But by avoiding facing this reality... the are stopping themselves from ever making the change that they need to.

You need to look forward.

One of the absolute BEST ways to get people to take changing seriously is by getting them to consider a future where the change has not been made...

And maybe you avoid considering that future yourself too.

Because like I said, it’s scary.

But seeing where you’re going if you continue doing nothing could be the EXACT motivation you need to change direction.

Ask yourself this:

"Suppose you decide to do nothing about your weight and health. What might your life be like in 5 years from now? What’s your biggest FEAR?"

Is it getting bigger and bigger?

Getting sick?

Passing on all your bad habits to your kids?

Ending up alone?

All of the above.

That future is scary, but you MUST consider it.

Because if you don’t face it now before it happens.

Well, that only leaves one other option...

You’re gonna have to face it when it’s become your reality.

And I know you don’t want that.

Which is why it’s so important to face your future now.

See all those things that you really don’t want to turn into reality in a few years.

And then use that to get yourself to finally take action and stop it from happening.
