‘ i hate looking at myself’
Ever thought that before?
I know i have….
I used to think it A LOT
There was a lot of insecurity
I would only ever think negative things when i looked in the mirror
All i could see was my flaws, in fact i was looking for them focusing just on them and magnifying them.
I would be annoyed at myself criticize myself and feel all sorts of negative things like
Anger
Frustration
Worry
Pissed off
Sad
Tired
Unattractive
Inadequate
I was unhappy with myself
It was a constant battle and it was exhausting
I didn’t feel good no matter how i looked
Or what i did
Until
I started changing my thinking
And that helped me change the way i view myself
So i could finally look in the mirror and be proud
And not always put myself down
It helped me feel good about myself
And i no longer despised my body
And that’s why it is such a massive element of this program so you get total synergy and what makes it so POWERFUL
So you too can learn to love what you see when you look in the mirror
