Contemplating life (my dream)

 

Hey,

I’m in a very reflective mood today

as i am sitting here in starbucks in blackrock

staring out the window

(it has magnificent views of the sea)

which is something that always makes me think about life and my imagination soar

today i am thinking about where i want my business to go

i’ve always been ambitious

but i lacked confidence, doubted myself, feared failing, was self conscious and was highly self critical

to the point where these things held me back

kind of like they do with you and your body

but since i started changing my thinking about myself

(the biggest thing if you want lasting change)

I’ve been able to start putting that ambition to action

which has been extremely exciting, but still scary

but it is exciting to be actually doing something and believing in yourself

and believing it is going to work

(which is something all of my girls will say to me too at some point)

I want to do something big and i believe SHAPE UP will be that big thing

I also believe that to do something big, you have to provide something of huge value that changes lives

which i believe i do

and believing in in it , is one of the special things about it

would you think i was crazy if i said i wanted SHAPE UP to change millions of lives for weight watching women eveywhere

girls who are fed up of trying everything and still looking and feeling the same

girls who are daunted intimidated and don’t know where to start

girls who are tired of just seeing flaws when they look in the mirror

girls who just want to feel comfortable in their own skin, have more confidence energy, support and just feel bloody good again

I believe i am building something SPECIAL

Something so unique and so powerful that nothing can compare to it

I’m so passionate about it

and i want YOU to experience it
