Annoyed at yourself?
It’s tiring isn’t it?
That constant fight inside your head.
Whether it’s trying to tell yourself everything is fine, and that your fine, when you feel like you’re not.
The never ending battle in your mind about what you should be eating or can’t eat.
Or what you should be doing or shouldn’t be doing.
And the worst one of all....
The one when you get in a bad mood for the day because of how bloated and uncomfortable you feel in your clothes in the morning.
It’s exhausting.
It’s frustrating.
It gets you down...
And...
It makes you angry.
Really angry, mainly at yourself.
For not doing better, for not trying harder, for not sticking to it, for not setting a better example.
Then you get angry at yourself for getting angry at yourself.
And it feels like you’re just going round and round in circles.
It just feels like no matter what you try it just doesn’t work for you.
That must feel frustrating as hell.
You really wish all this didn’t affect your mood so much.
But the reality is that it does.
It really does.
Which is okay, but you know that you need to change this in your life.
Because things are just gradually getting worse.
The weight keeps creeping on and you keep feeling more and more annoyed at yourself for letting it happen.
And you’d like to do something about it before it becomes too big of an issue.
Something HAS to change if you want to be able to feel more confident, Feel Good About Yourself, And Get Your Life Back.
Cause if it doesn’t...
You can expect more of the same old, same old.
And you just becoming angrier, unhappier, and bigger.
And you don’t want that.
