Better habits = a slimmer, happier you

I’m not sure whether you know this already or not but building better habits is one of the most important things you can do if you’re trying to change your body.

You need better sleep habits.

You need better exercise habits.

You need better eating habits.

You need better mindset habits.

Overall you need better lifestyle habits.

Without building these habits... you’re either doomed to fail fairly fast.

OR you’ll have to just rely on pure willpower for as long as you can until eventually you give up and undo everything anyway. 

Building better habits is ESSENTIAL.

End of story.

And one of the reasons that you keep ending up back in the same position time and time again is because you never built these habits.

Which isn’t entirely your fault, nobody ever showed you.

Fortunately, I’m about to tell you the single best way to build the habits you need.

And it’s really simple... 

One of the most effective things you can do to build better habits is to join a culture where your desired behaviour is the norm of the group. 

There’s a few important reasons for this: 

  1. New habits seem achievable when you see others doing them everyday. 

And they seem even more achievable when those people are similar to you. 

Because Your brain starts thinking if they can do it, then so can I. 

And that feeling of thinking you can do it then leads to you putting better effort in, because we all try harder when we think it’s going to work out. 

  1. When you have something in common with everyone in the group it makes those habits even more attractive 

If you are already similar to the members of a group in someway change becomes more appealing because it feels like something people like you already do.

And one of the best ways to make a behaviour more likely to happen is to make it more attractive. 

  1. You get to learn from what others are doing. 

It’s so much easier to just copy or mimic someone else who’s already figured it out or following a proven system than trying to figure it out by yourself.

And when you’re in that group enviroment with a similar bunch of people you can learn from what they’re doing and make you’re own life easier in the process. 

  1. You’re more likely to do it

This one is simple, we all want to fit in, when you’re in a group of people just like you who are all already doing the behaviours that you need to do, you will automatically start trying to do them yourself just to try and fit in. 

You’d actually be more likely to do it because everyone else is then to do it purely because it will help you reach your goal. 

That’s how powerful following the social norm is.

And if you can use that to benefit you, then why the hell wouldn’t you. 

The message is loud and clear today hun.

Building better habits = a slimmer, happier you.

The best way to do that is to find a group of people just like you who are already doing them.

And that’s exactly what you’ll find in shape up. 

Which is exactly what you need. 

And that’s why it’s so important that you do the smart thing if you’re serious about sorting your body, health, and life out.
