How To Get Quick Results Sustainably

Is it possible to get quick results while doing something sustainable?

Definitely... and in my opinion not only is it possible but it’s the only way to get results that actually last 

Look, everyone’s tried dieting before and exercise in some way shape or form

And most people still haven’t figured out a way to make it stick for them

And from from I’ve seen over the 5 years of specializing in this stuff it’s because they keep trying to follow things that don’t work for them

Especially with January just around the corner this is when most women will embark on some type of unrealistic and unsustainable attempt to drop the weight they gained the year before 

And what I’ve come to realize over the last few years is that there’s flawed thinking that is sabotaging even the more earnest weight loss efforts

The majority of dieting and weight loss programs call for regular sacrifice 

Give up an entire food group, fight hunger day and night, undertake exhausting and grueling exercise regimens 

There’s approaches are unrealistic and unhealthy 

And make it nearly impossible to maintain results 

Yet, despite repeated failures and diet induced miseries, we keep coming back for more

Like when you were younger and you kept going back to the boyfriend who treated you like crap and cheated on you all the time

Convincing yourself that this time would be different only to end up with him ripping you off and breaking your heart again

You keep returning to self destructive dieting behaviours and following plans you already know don’t work all in the hope that this time will be different 

However just like with the boyfriend the same thing happens again 

Lose a few pounds, hit a wall, give up 

Shortly followed by the feelings of despair, guilt, frustration, and disappointment when the hard earned results begin to disappear 

^^^ This is what leads so many into thinking that they are the ones that have failed 

I’m such a failure, I’ll never be able to do it, I’m useless 

But here’s the thing 

Imagine if I told you that you’re not the problem, it’s your strategy that’s the problem

What if I said that you’re perfectly capable of achieving and keeping the results you desire if you had the right system?

Well... you are 

At the end of the day all diets work, every last one
