So a big problem that a lot of people have, and maybe this is you too. 


Is Overeating Junk food.


Especially at night.


Night time is the worst for a couple of reasons.


We’re tired so willpower is low.


And we have developed really strong habits with powerful triggers.


And certain foods are so easy to overeat.


It’s not actually your fault.


The manufactures make them so they’re irresistible to us.


So just having one can very quickly turn into looking for crumbs at the bottom of the pack.


And of course the feelings of guilt and shame that follow.
