Told yourself that before, right?

Like

One won’t hurt
Calories don’t count when your hungover
I have my period so i am allowed

But how do you usually feel after you eat it?

And all those ‘little’ snacks here and there add up

Don’t they?

And you are tired of having your life revolve around food

Can i have this

Can i have that

TIRED of feeling terrible after eating something you think you shouldn’t of

TIRED of the roller coaster of emotions because of food

TIRED of eating because you are emotional

Then

Feeling emotional because you ate it

It can be like a vicious circle

That leads to you feeling STUCK

STUCK in a place you don’t want to be

TRAPPED because you don’t know what to do

But wouldn’t it be nice to have that hold food has on you lifted?

Wouldn’t it be great to feel confident about food and the choices you make?

Wouldn’t it be amazing to know why you want to eat certain foods when you feel upset or angry?

So you are no longer controlled by the emotions anymore

So YOU ARE IN CONTROL
