List all the situations where you are most likely to make food choices that go against your goals?
What justifications/excuses do you use?
When do you turn to food the most? ie bored, lonely, angry, bad day etc
What are your favourite types of non - healthy foods 'junk foods'
What foods do you want to have but think you can't?
What is youre biggest fear with your body and your health? (your worst case scenario)
What is most likely to motivate you?
What do you need from me to keep your head in the game?
Write out some new ways of thinking about food. For example ' I'm on a diet' becomes 'i'm eating healthy'
