One simple trick to Learn how to start loving the body part you dislike most today!!
In 21 days you will feel the difference you will have all the motivation to keep at it
So lets face it we all have a body part we feel paticularly insecure about, you know the one your always aware of, the one you always notice first when you look in the mirror and you probably always think other people are looking at it too and judging and its always the part you check first when your trying on clothes. For me it was my arms I was so painfully conscious of them id never wear t-shirts, I wore hoodies to the gym, jackets in summer and would just stand in front of the mirror picking out any flaw I could find with them it was actually having such a negative effect on my life and my confidence until I started applying these tips and that all started to change now I had heard of these before and tried them but not properly and it didn’t work it was only when I was shown how to use them effectively and really fully committed to it that it actually started to work and I was no longer obsessing about my ‘flaws’ and ‘faults’ and it actually had a knock on effect in my whole life and to be honest everything just started getting easier and I just became much more confident and determined in my life.
So this does work but like I said you need to commit to it and if you do for a full 21 days and you can feel the difference you will have all the motivation to keep at it, why 21 days because 21 days is the amount of time it has been proven in research that it takes to make a change. Try not to over analyse things or critique or question it instead promise to yourself that your going to give it a real try for 21 days and then judging the results for yourself. You have absolutely nothing to lose but a whole lot to gain.

Right so lets get down to business and first up is positive affirmations, we are going to re frame the way you speak to yourself about this body part. Thoughts are powerful things and how we think and feel about ourselves will dictate every action and decision we make, in short you will act like the sort of person you view yourself to be.
So if you think you have bad arms for example it wont matter what you do in the gym because you will still always be thinking there is a problem with them or they are not good enough which ultimately leads to you permanently being unhappy with them and i'm sure you have probably experienced that in some way or form and that’s why you’re here but also it is much easier to make physical changes to your body when you are feeling good internally about it too, remember how you feel will influence every action you take, so a person who believes they have nice arms say will act in a way that gets them nice arms, belief is a powerful thing.
So your going to pick that body part you like least and write down all the things you feel about it right now,
so i'm going to use arms as an example.
My arms are fat
I hate my amrs
I cant loose weight on my arms no matter what I do
Now any of these negative things you feel you will absolutely do your best not to think about anymore. Now time for some affirmations. So heres some tips for writing them
- Make them personal use the word ‘I’ and ‘with a verb after it like ‘I am’
- Take ownership of it and always say it in the present tense
- Always state them in positive terms
Heres some examples
I love how lean and toned my amrs are
I am so happy its easy for me to have toned arms
My arms are toned
These may feel uncomfortable or a bit weird saying them at first but stick with it pschologists have proven that repition is an effective way to penetrate and programme the mind. So you should say these every morning and evening but you can say them to yourself as often as you want but heres the crucial part and I mean crucial. You need to mix them with emotion and feeling you have to say them like you mean it, like you believe it and with faith. You can look in the mirror and visualise the body the way you want it but it is crucial that you add emotion to it. expect success, its worth the effort. Remember the way you feel about something is up to you and you have a choice to change how you feel about it so heres that chance to make that change. Don’t get disheartened if you don’t notice a change right away stick with it because when you do start noticing a difference you will be delighted you did.
Visualization
Next you are going to be doing my favourite and it is visualization, this is really powerful and this will not only get you feeling better but also you will start acting in ways that moves you towards achieving your goals. Experimental and clinical psychologists have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the human nervous system cannot tell the difference between an actual experience and one imagined vividly in detail. By visualizing yourself with the body part the way you want it you are giving your subconscious mind instructions that will cause you to act in a way consistent with reaching your goal, if you want a toned tummy visualize yourself with a toned tummy and you will act in ways that lead you towards it. you will go into auto pilot mode there will be less struggle and willpower involved. A recent survey showed 90% of people were dissatisfied with their appearance in some way, your about to move into the other 10%.
So go find somewhere quiet where you wont be disturbed and get nice and relaxed and you can either sit or lie just get as comfortable as possible now close your eyes and experience and exercise your imagination. See yourself with the body part the way you want it, hey why not see your whole body the way you want it, your dream body!! The important thing for it to work is to make it a vivid and detailed as possible, pay attention to all the small details add in sights and sounds, smells, any objects, how do you feel with your perfect body, how do you act, what are you doing?
Is any one else there? Add in as many details as you can this makes it easier to form a clear mental image which will make this imagined experience seem more real to your mind. It builds new memories and forms a new self image and after practising it for a while you may be surprised and delighted to find yourself acting and feeling differently. Your visualization sessions should last 5 to 10 minutes or longer if you have time and do them in the morning and evening with your affirmations.

Circuit 1
- 10 squat thrusters
- 10 kettlebell swings
- 10 pushups
Complete all exercises with no rest, when all our complete rest 30 seconds and then repeat. Complete as many rounds as possible in ten minutes. Can move up to 15 minutes ass you get better at it.
Circuit 2
- 10 deadlifts with your bodyweight on the bar
- 10 burpees
- 10 mountain climbers
- 10 push press
Complete all exercises with no rest, when all our complete rest for one minute then go again, complete as many as possible in 15 minutes. As you progress you can start reducing your rest period.
Circuit 3
- Rower sprints 30/60
This is 30 seconds maximal work followed by 60 seconds of moderate work for 15 minutes. By maximal I mean maximal as in smoke coming out of the rower max, really go for it. for the moderate work go at about 50%
