Two of the key areas the women I help feel most self conscious about are the tummy and arms
The tummy is usually numero uno with the arms being a close second
Most of the women hate how restricted it makes them feel in what they can wear (especially at this time of year)
Hate how it makes them feel in themselves and their clothes

Which was very much the case for one of the girls on my 6 Week Summer Shape Up
She was upset with herself that she’d put on so much weight
It was affecting her confidence
She didn’t feel confident on nights out
And it was making life really hard when going to find something to wear
She too was most conscious of her tummy and arms
And her results so far have been crazy
She’s down over 5 pounds of PURE bodyfat in just 4 weeks
And I asked her what some of the biggest improvements she’s noticed were

" Tbh the biggest improvement is my arms, they’ve really toned and bingo wings are virtually gone so extremely happy with that!
And tbh that’s what I’ve noticed that I wasn’t expecting, I’ve trained before but never felt my arms tone as quick "

Which probably explains why she’s just signed up to my main program with still two weeks to go on her 6 week summer shape up
