Frustrating isn’t it?
When you feel like you lose it slowly and put it on easily.
Is it my body type? Is it my metabolism?
It’s just makes you feel like it’s not fair.
Like you’re unlucky.
And you get angry and annoyed about it.
Especially when you feel like you’ve been 100% and you lose F all.
And you feel like you have to make such a huge sacrifice just to have that one takeaway or treat.
You feel like you’ve to work extra hard.
Especially when you compared to your friends, sisters, co-workers, or what you see on your news feed on social media who all seem to be able to have a treat or go out and it doesn’t effect them the way it effects you.
To be honest you feel like if you just look at something then it’s on your body.
Which obviously just makes you feel like crap.
Like you’re just unlucky.
Which is totally understandable.
And I get it.
Because the majority of the women I help feel exactly like you do and struggle with this themselves.
