Ok so look this in a nutshell is going to be about fear versus the desire to succeed.
and how you can STOP letting that FEAR you have
from felling a whole lot better about yourself
Fear is a funny thing and can manifest in many ways and it is very good at holding us back when we are unsure or have doubts about whether things are going to work out for us
It can show up as resistance, you know that feeling when you don’t want to do something even though you know you need to do it to get what you want.
It will show up as stories which act as a crutch to make us feel better about not doing the work that needs to be done
It is that fear of if I try my best and it does not work out, it is going to kill me
So we avoid it, we tell stories about why we can’t, we procrastinate and put it off, we engage in the exact opposite type of behavior then what we need to do, we don’t give 100% because then we always have a convenient story to soothe ourselves with as to why it didn’t work out and we self sabotage, we do crazy stupid things because we are afraid of things not working out
All of this behavior makes sure we will never get our goal, which is mental when you think about it, because we our afraid of not getting what we really want we engage in behavior that ensures we will never get it (to protect ourselves from feeling bad, we keep ourselves feeling bad)
We spend a lot of time waiting for that FEAR to disapear before taking action, we commit to things and change our minds because we our AFRAID, we say we are going to do things and than keep putting it off and off and off because of FEAR
So my question is
what have you been putting off?
what is the story for not doing it?

What do you tell yourself when you are constantly putting off getting started?
I get it for fear of the unknown is scary and it can be hard to get going
but
It never disapears though and you know that as well as I do
Infact most of the time we are very aware that the stories and reasons we are concocting in our heads are total bullshit
but we listen to them anyway because they make us feel better
But that fear of things not working out is always seen as negative, when we think how bad we would feel if we don’t get it and that then stops us in our tracks but what if you flipped it around and used it to inspire you to make sure you did everything you needed To do to succeed??
Then use that fear to drive you on, use the desire to succeed to overcome the resistance and doubt
